During the end of 2019 and beginning of 2020, Anna pulled off one of the most impressive real estate transactions in my 25 years as a home/property owner. We've known Anna for approximately 7 years and decided you use her services to lease out two investment properties we owned in Lake Forest. She always did a great job at helping us to showcase the property for rent and ultimately finding us a tenant and managing the lease contract details. After several years, we decided to sell the two investment properties and through a 1031 exchange, purchase an investment property in Dana Point, to one day be our retirement home. The entire process went without a hitch and we ended up making a tidy sum on our sold properties and she successfully negotiated an incredible deal on our Dana Point property.
